Hey Dennis, glad you are doing some math with the percentage numbers (e.g. how many Catholics voted for Obama in 2008). Numbers show that groups do not all vote the same way, despite the lazy assumptions of many that all union members vote Democratic, all Mormons vote Republican, etc. There is diversity in political preferences in every large group.
I agree. However, with the grave moral issues at stake politically, it is my belief that Catholics, if properly taught and guided by our Bishops and Priests, should vote overwhelmingly one way: in favor of the culture of life and against the culture of death. In favor of The Family and against the homosexual agenda. In favor of true parental choice in education without parents having to pay twice.
